To explore the leadership styles for innovation in the public sector, we have selected the following relevant 32 questions from both years to perform EFA:



Quantitative Analysis
For quantitative analysis; skewness, kurtosis, mean, and standard deviation of the above selected 32 questions from both datasets were checked as:


The following conclusion can be made from the above observations for both years:

Skewness measures the asymmetry of distribution in the data. For most of the questions the skewness lies between 0.5 to 1, indicating that the data is slightly positively skewed.

Kurtosis measure if a distribution is heavy-tailed or light-tailed relative to normal distribution.

As most of the variables have kurtosis > 3, indicating the data for these questions is Leptokurtic i.e., heavy-tailed.

Standard deviation measures the spread of data from its mean value. As for most of the variables, the standard deviation is approximately 1, indicating that data lies within 1 standard deviation
